A high conviction, diversified portfolio of quality global listed companies identified as undervalued as they enter an earnings upgrade cycle. The Fund provides access to global opportunities and diversification not readily available to individual investors.

Can invest in growth, value, cyclical or defensive companies, because we aim to own them at the right time in their earnings cycle.

An actively managed, long only portfolio of 25-30 high conviction, quality companies, which is also diversified across sectors and regions.

Investment universeThe investment universe is comprised of stocks listed on global stock exchanges. This may include stocks outside of the Benchmark Index however this exposure is limited to 10% of the Fund’s Net Asset Value. For the avoidance of doubt, this may include emerging market companies. The Fund is comprised mainly of listed equity securities or equity-related securities, IPOs and additionally Derivatives such as exchange traded share price index futures, foreign currency forwards and options. The Fund may also invest in unlisted stocks, but it is restricted to companies with a firm commitment to list within six months of prospectus issue date, and the combined value of such investments shall not exceed 5% of Fund’s Net Asset Value.
